Screen Glitch Help

Hola! I'm having an issue where my game screen is flickering. It showed up seemingly randomly after I installed the islands update; any issue I've had in the past has been solved by installing the next update, but that hasn't been the case here. I reinstalled my graphics drivers, tried to turn on vertical sync and adjust in game graphics options, got rid of my cc, and still can't resolve the issue. Not sure how helpful pictures are, but there they are any way. If anybody has any insight that'd be much appreciated. I don't really want to re-download all the games if I can avoid it.

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. This will start the game fresh, you can move saves back later. If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator and post the result here.

Okay, it's officially so long I can't get it to successfully post on disqus or copy over to the forum...
I'm guessing that's not a great sign? It's like 2000 pages if I stick it in a word doc, of files that come up as "unknown". Thank you for responding!

Sorry, not sure if that was clear. The validator results are like 2000 word doc pages of unknown files. Thank you again!

The "Pastebin"-site might be an option where you can upload the text. Otherwise just put this thing into a .doc(x) or whatever, and upload it to a file hosting service like on MEGA or MediaFire.

Yes, that is an anti-spam safety measure, but you can bypass it by putting a special character or empty space somewhere in-between the URL, and then pasting that "obscured" URL here.

OK, thanks. Just by a quick glance, I already notice something. What is this stuff that you put under Data\Meshes? Is that some kind of (graphics?) mod...?

Uh, why do I see some Skyrim stuff in your folder?
This is Skyrim stuff that should not be there:

And those files can be safely deleted:

Weirdly all the stray Skyrim files are not the issue. Which I guess makes sense since they must've been in there a while. :$ :$ Cleared out everything you said was safe to delete and no change.

Huh, so it's completely clean. If starting the game completely fresh by moving "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" folder to desktop doesn't fix this, then it's something with your PC, not the game.
