Ever since the mega update (version 1.53.115.1020) I've experienced some glitches

Hello, ever since the mega update for the sims 4 I've been experiencing some glitches such as my sims standing and sitting down back and forth and it doesn't stop, also my game becomes blurry and it's game breaking. I posted a link below of the blurryness. Is there anything I can do?

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. This will start the game fresh, you can move saves back later. If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator and post the result here.
