Needs section is not showing anything. [SOLVED]

i installed both latest updates the magic patch then the hot fix
now the game works fine expect i cannot see the needs
this screenshot should explain my problem
there is active mods but they seem to be fine (not sure)

Bad/outdated mods.

UI_Cheats_Extension
i never expected that mod to break like that
i hope it help if someone else fall under this problem
make sure to update that mod if there an update
