I have the latest version installed 1.52.100.1020, should I install The Sims 4 - Moschino Stuff?

Yes. The order of stuff is Moschino => Realm of Magic => Update 1.56.52.1020.

This is a follow-up patch for "Realm of Magic", because EA released the DLC with a lot of glitches. So that patch was released after Realm of Magic came out.

If you don't like to, this is an optional download of course. I would still recommend it, but in the end it's your decision.
