Missing MSVCR120.dll Empty Missing MSVCR120.dll

I just installed TS4 the way that is described on this forum. I now have installed up to the latest patch (Update 1.56.52.1020).

When I try to run the game I get the error that it can't be started because it is missing MSVCR120.dll.
I already tried to update visual C++, but that did not work.

Am I doing something wrong?
