If you have a TS4 installation up to Island Living, then you'll only need Moschino Stuff => Realm of Magic => Discover University. See also the in-depth guide here:

Eventually I just tried it myself and waited an hour for it to download. All worked fine though! Gonna close this now since I forgot to earlier. Thanks for trying to help, though Smile
