what folders should be in the sims 4 installation file under programs i have 2 dlc folder one in the installer folder and another in the sims 4 folder

First of all, welcome to G4TW, there should be 15SP and 8GP, even in the installer folder, since you will be updating, every time a new pack or patch comes out.
