Sims 3 - Game does not load

I have sims 3 with all the expansion and stuff packs.
A few days ago I wanted to start the game and when it goes to the loading screen after the intro video, it appears like it finished loading but it never goes to the start screen. I thought it might be because I didn't apply the patch and as I wanted to have the 70's80's90's expansion i decided to download it and install it and then upgrade the game.
After I did all of this the same happens. (I have applied the fix following all the steps, and before this started happening it worked fine)
PD: I am using gamebooster by the way

Sorry if I am not clear enough I don't know how to explain it better in english. If needed I can screenshot the game where it "freezes".

I can't tell for sure at this point, but they tend to cause problems sometimes, so try backing up and removing ALL your Mods and Custom Content first.

Still does not work. I guess I'll unistall everything and install it agan.

DO NOT skip any steps and RE-DOWNLOAD both the manual patch and the Ultimate Fix.

I've just read this.. lol
I've unistalled all and followed those instructions in case something went wrong or whatever, now it does load after and hour aprox, and when i get too choose a family to play or choose a neighborhood it never finshes loading. (I left the game loading for one day in case it just needed time)
Now the game hasn't got any CC or Mods neither saved games.

There is no problem.
I still need asisstance.
After I reinstalled it I realised the problem wasn't the first load, when I try to load a family/neighbourhood the load bar gets full but it never loads to the neightbourhood.

So... still no Mods or Custom Content?
If yes/no, please try backing up and removing this folder completely: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\
