Lost all packs after installing the latest patch. [SOLVED]

So I started playing Sims 4 again after not playing for a year. The last pack I downloaded was Cats and Dogs. I decided to download the latest patch, which is the follow-up patch for Tiny Living. My plan was to download the latest patch then individually download each of the packs (which I haven't done yet) because I couldn't download the All-In-One patch due to my very slow internet (I get less than 1 mbps when downloading). After downloading the latest patch, I transferred all the files to The Sims 4 folder. After that, I opened the game and it seems the game was successfully updated. It also showed that I owned all the packs. So I clicked the play button, and it showed that there were only 3 worlds (Willow Creek, Oasis Springs, Newcrest). The worlds in my previously downloaded packs (Magnolia Promenade, Windenburg, San Myshuno, Forgotten Hollow, Brindleton Bay) were not present. I looked at the gallery and the Sims that I created were present. Any help would be appreciated. ![Lost all packs after installing the latest patch. For starters, try running your TS4 installation through anadius's validator program here:
https://anadius.github.io/sims-4-tools/validator.html
Make sure to un-check the box that says "Quick Scan". After the scan is done, please copy-paste the results from page under "Forum", into a follow-up reply here. Note that the scan can take a while to complete when Quick Scan is un-checked, but it will give us full insights into any file errors, so we can take it from there and work towards repairing your game.

OK, you can first of all safely delete all of the "Unknown Files".
Secondly I would recommend you familiarize yourself with this here:
https://www.games4theworld.club/t35810-the-sims-4-all-in-one-global-patch-selectable-dlcs-version-1-61-15-1020-tiny-living-stuff
Please apply the Global Patch and also use anadius's dlc-toggler to (re-) activate your installed DLC. There is a text guide as well as an example walkthrough on video.
