Reinstalled Sims 4 doesn't work. [SOLVED]

Hello!
I tried reinstalling the sims 4. Due to a safe file getting corrupted. (I hoped it would fix the issue.)
But now I ran into a different problem. After following all the steps carefully (as far as I know), I was finally ready to run the game.
However, it opens on a white screen and my cursor is a loading circle. Then it closes the game. No music, no openingscreen, nothing.
I tried to fix it myself by reinstalling origin and putting exceptions in all mallware on my laptop I'm aware off. 
I also tried to run as administrator, it gave the same result.



My sims is installed on an external harddrive. The same harddrive it was installed on before.

I reïnstalled it and downloaded the all in one files. Game works fine now! My save files are also recovered! I don't know how to delete this
