Help please.[SOLVED]

Hi there. Im from Greece and my english is bad. I really need help with the sims 3 install, I did everything with the read me texts and I followed the fixes from this site. But nothing. Im really appreciating any help. I dont know nothing about games and pc. If there is some one that can help me with team viewer it will be really good. I give you my email if you can help me. Thanks you for reading my topic and thanks in advance for any kind of help.
