The Sims Launcher not updating game version

Hi,
I'm trying to install the Sims 3 + all expansion. After I
install High End Stuff, the game version of High End Stuff(when I hover
over the icon) under launcher is 3.0.38.004001 but the version that is
listed on launcher(under the Game Updates button) is 1.14.11.007002. And
I think this is preventing me from updating, so how do I fix this?

For anyone else having the same/similar problem, I ended up unistalling the Sims 3 and expansions, restarting my computer, then I reinstalled only the sims 3, world adventures and ambitions and following the instructions given with the downloads except I only cracked the files after I installed and updated ambitions. Now it works perfectly!
