What to do after updating to version 1.29 of sims 3 with manual patch?

I have applied all the cracks to my expansion packs up to step 13 of the ultimate fix, however when i updated in the launcher it wouldn't work so I used the manual patch and it worked perfectly but I don't understand what to do now. Do I apply the same cracks from the ultimate fix or are there other cracks? Thanks

At this point, you have to open the Fix and then navigate to the "# Crack" folder. Inside there, open the other folder. Now, you'll see a .dll file and a .exe file, right?
Drag & drop both files to exactly: C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin
