Fix 1.32 invalid file error.[SOLVED]

Hey guys sorry if this is a stupid problem that can be easily fixed but I have installed the fix into all the right places and then I updated the game to 1.32 and it fails to install because of a invalid file error. I know a lot of people have had this problem but it doesn't seem like they have explained how they fixed it. I really don't want to uninstall everything again and reload it so if anyone knows how to fix this please help

Did you follow this guide HERE down to the last step?

Even though step 1 says to install 1.31 patch you should reinstall the patch even if you already have it

Okay now it worked but i am getting the unofficial game mod error do i just continue?

You did use the Updated Ultimate Fix right? This fix is now compatible with 1.32

I believe so I just downloaded it from the forum post about the 1.32 update

Are you using any mods? A mod that is not up to date may be causing that message

yeah I have a few but I just got them and they have been working fine

Try moving the mods folder out of The Sims 3 folder. Dont delete it just move it to the desktop or something

Then let me know if you still get the same message when you start up

So now its saying it needs a disc for the showtime ep and everytime i download the fix the crack is missing? please help i really don't want to have to reinstall every single one

Hey guys so I got this to work turns out my norton was deleting the crack so I installed the crack now and everything works perfectly thanks for all your help

Im sorry i couldnt come up with a solution sooner

I should have knonwn it might have something to do with Antivirus as mine did the exact same thing
