Having A Problem The Sims™ 3 Town Life Stuff. [SOLVED]

Okay here's the problem I installed Sims 3 town life stuff I follow all the instruction on how to install evrything.
after i install when i click TS3W It says unable to start game, Service Initialization failed (0x0024e424f),

Yes i did. I Paste it in the Base game folder

When i apply the crack from the fix
It says that "No Disc found! Please insert the Sims 3 Showtime Disc before
Before proceeding.

But i already have the Showtime

I thought its in the Showtime & Master Suite Stuff & Pets & Town Life Stuff & Generations Folder. My bad
But when i copied the File in the #crack folder There's a Message "it looks like you have installed an unofficial game modification that does not match your current version of The Sims 3. we recommend that you either uninstall these game modification or get the updated version of then - otherwise you may experience crashes or significant bugs.

That's the msg. BTW My current version is 1.31 do i need to update it in 1.32?

Okay, Im currently Downloading the 1.31 patch.
I have another problem In regedit i only have the Default i dont have the SKU thingy What im going to do?

I cant install the 1.33. it says The setup has detected that the installed game region for this update is incorrect
this update requires a different game region in order to installed
