Horse bug, cannot save?

So i installed everything yesterday and played it all night long and it worked fine. Today, i played it again for 2 hours and the game started freezing, i closed the game and opened it again and almost everytime i used time speed my horse started bugging with the tongue out of its mouth and the fur and eyes were deformed.. and when i tried to save, it stayed in the same image (the one that appears when it's saving) for 5 minutes and i had to ctrl+f4. Then i started again the game and my sim used that thing to perfurate the ground, and explored the hole and when she got out she was deformed too, i sent her to the shower and she stayed there eternally and i had to ctrl+f4 again because i couldnt save... sorry for my bad english... is there something that i can do?

Oh, and the npcs like the kid that gives the newspaper is invisible and so are the pets that are walking by the house...

No, i have no mods/custom content.
And i cant see that sims 3 forum because i dont have enough privileges (?)

When i go to Games - Sims 3 there appears that the recommended is 4.5 and the needed is 3.5 and my system has 4.5.

I dont know if it's because of it, but i still don't have the 2 store updates because i really don't know what they do so ... :/

So it's not only the horse bug, i noticed now that everyone (atleast in my house - but not me) have their skins blurred and all of them look like sims 1 people, i can almost count the pixels in their body...
