Crashing To Desktop When Going Home.[SOLVED]

Hi, my Sim seems to be stuck on holiday eternally!
Whenever I try to get her to go home (or even just try to edit the home town from Egypt) the game CTDs. I have tried all of the fixes I can find in the very help full fixes thread, but none of them seem to work.

All of my other Sims seem to be working just fine, as was this particular Sim last night when I sent her to Egypt, there has been nothing added to my machine overnight and no updates for either Win 7 or The Sims installed. Everything I have at the moment has come from your rapidshare area, but I haven't installed anything other than the game and all expansions with all relevant updates.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated as being on holiday is fun, but it's more fun coming home!

Ok, I've had a look at the error log that's been produced from the crash
and it says that 'DasmX86Dll.dll' cannot be found. Don't know if that
helps or not.

Please download the missing .dll file from www.dll-files.com . After you downloaded the .dll file, copy it to both C:\Windows\System32 AND TO C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin (Or another game folder, I'm not sure)

Please try this then:

Backup your savegames.

1. Completely remove the game, using Your Uninstaller! Pro, which can be downloaded from www.games4theworld.org .
2. Restart your PC.
3. Reinstall the games correctly.
4. Apply this manual patch: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems
5. After the patch finished, re-download and re-apply our Ultimate Fix: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1870-can-t-update-the-sims-3-to-v133-fix-manual-patch-updated

I won't get a chance to do this tonight, but I'll do it when I can and let you know what happens. I figured this would be what was needed, but was hoping there would be an easier answer.

Had time to do a full reinstall yesterday, and I'm happy to say that has solved the problem.
