Sims Medieval, Pirates and Nobles unable to make kingdom

I have downloaded Sims Medieval and Pirates and Nobles expansion pack, but game does not play from launcher (unable to play without disk)

However, can run TSM.exe and it loads to ambition page (have never played it before) only so that when I type in a kingdom name and press 'ok' it appears to be clicked but will not follow with function. That is, after the mouse is released the button goes back to as if I had never pressed it, loading nothing. Similar problems have been found on forums, yet no answer with them.

Have applied Sims Medieval ultimate fix (to drive sims medieval> game> bin), computer meets system requirements but still these errors occur. Fully updated game (version 2.0.113.00001 )

I had the same problem and Admin asked me to update my graphics card , maybe you could try that.
