Sims Complete Collection Problems.[SOLVED] Empty Sims Complete Collection Problems.[SOLVED]

I've browsed around the forums and looked at some of the other threads. It seems a few other people have had the same problem that I've had, but even though I've followed all the suggestions, I can get the game to load. What happens each time is that the little windowed screen pops up, and then closes itself out. I've tried the DEP suggestion, the windowed mode fix, and fiddled around with the compatibility. Any other suggestions I could try?

Hello,

I'd recommend reinstalling, with the help of this video. I know it seems odd, but it has helped others.
