I had download in your website..
TS 3 Late night, Outdoor Living, Ambitions, Master Suite, Showtime..
And I bought 2 disc ( Pets and hidden springs )
All this expansion packs are happening the same problem~
Everytime I try to install it, There will show this "Update of The Sims 3 failed, Setup is unable to continue."
(All havent install in my pc yet)

How to solve this?

Hello,

Bought Hidden Springs on... disc? Does it happen to be a pirated disc?
Also, try using THIS manual patch once, prior to installing the expansions.

Ya, it is pirated disc..
I didnt install base games, so the manual patch do not work on my pc..
When the website is open again? So that i can download the base game? (games4theworld. o r g)

Hello,

You'll need to install the base game before you can use the patch or any of the expansions.

I don't recommend using the pirates disc for worlds and stuff. You can download and install extra worlds from our official MediaFire account very easy: http://www.mediafire.com/?y8uy4gu2y8jqt
