The Sims 3 cracked but not worked fine

Hi all,

I've just downloaded your last fix file of The Sims 3 and I followed the guide. I have no problem with the installation of all files.
But when I try to play with Master Suite Stuff I have a lot of problems:

1)The game is really slow
2)If I try to build something (like a wall or whatelse) the system always crashes and I can't play again.
3)If I try to play with a default house, I have problems with the view (I can't go upstairs) and if I try to add any new tool (like a chair) I can't find them (all lists of objects are empty)

That's what I have installed:
The Sims 3 (the game)
The Sims 3 - Travel Adventures
The Sims 3 - Fast Lane
The Sims 3 - Ambitions
The Sims 3 - High End Loft Stuff
The Sims 3 - Outdoor Living Stuff
The Sims 3 - Late Night
The Sims 3 - Generations
The Sims 3 - Master Suite Stuff

I'm sure that the problem is not my computer, because I always played with The Sims 3 until Master Suite Stuff came out.

How can I solve these problems? Any suggestions?

Just for curiosity, I thought to download all the other stuffs I don't have (like animals&co and showtime)...if I'll do that, after installing them, in your opinion will I have to repeat the installation of the manual and the fix?
