Unofficial modifications bugs

I installed all the cracks in the order the ultimate fix showed but it tells me about unofficial mods causing bugs and about 10 mins later, i got an unhanded read or write access (can't remember) and the only mods i have are expansion and stuff packs from this website. If it makes a difference, i am on osx 10.7.2 and i have version 10.0.96.013001 of the sims 3
well thats what it says on my launcher.

Hello,
I think your crack is incompatible with your base game.
Please redownload the mac version of the fix just to make sure you have the latest fix.

when i hover over the sims 3 icon on the launcher, it just says the sims 3, no version
also, the latest ep i installed was ambitions but i have mor recent ones like pets. can that be the problem?

i just downloaded it again and the instruction show its more updated so i will recrack

sorry for the huge wait
was on holidays
anyways
i downloaded the newest fix today and downloaded the update thingy from link inside the the instructions for fix and i also installed showtime and master suite stuff. While installing master suite, it said that it was more recent during installation but still worked
when i opened, it showed master suite not installed so i reinstalled it and this time i used the crack included with master suite and failed again. i then read master suite crack was outdated so i applied the ultimate fix master suiteetc. crack as it shows and checked for updates. it says to right click on sims 3 icon and click show original. there is no show original so i go to package contents. could that be the problem. then i find the same problem with #crack in ultimate fix and same problem with show original so i go to package contents straight away. it still says unofficial modification. Do i have to reapply the whole fix all over agin or something or what do i do cuz i have been wanting to play this game for really long with no success. i have no other mods installed besides Eps and Sps from you guys.
