cant put custom video in sims 3

hai.. i have a problem about how to put my video in sims because i cant find the "movies" folder in the documents/electronic arts/ the sims 3.. plz help me..

There is no easy way to do that. Not like with the music. It isn't impossible though, but the tutorials I've seen are comprehensive and often incomplete or outdated. But you can look here.
