Sims 3 Crashing

I cant play the sims 3. i did the ultimate fix, updated the game with your crack and yet still everytime i get to the household i try to do the first action it freezes then crashes.
Help?

i erased it all. still crashing. i tried playing a normal pre made family in starlight shores and apaloosa plains. both crashed.

i know im up to the system requirements cuz ive had the sims 3 for years now, but ill try it anyways.
