Missing instilled items.[SOLVED] Empty Missing instilled items.[SOLVED]

So my cousin is having problems with her instilled items. I download all the stores items from you guys and put them in her game like I did in mine but everytime her game crashes all the items that I instilled for her are no longer in her game. How can I fix this? My game is working fine with the instill items

I did and I did what you said to do. I am restilling her items.

Ok I think it's fixed now. My husband had the bight idea to move the MOD file to the desktop and now it's working perfactly. Thanks a bunch
