-You have an incompatible crack.
or
-You have outdated mods.
If you've applied the crack from the latest fix, try the game without the mods folder.

Hello,
There's no need to delete it, just go to (My) Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 and drag the mods folder to your desktop and start the game to see if that makes a difference.

I uninstalled everything, lol. Uhm I don't have a "Mod" folder.. Is that weird?

No, it's not weird. Unless you were using mods. So I'm starting to think it was your crack.
So if you reinstall, use the crack from the fix.

I'm going to install the Sims 3 Generations now, I don't know why... But normally my base game and the late nights would install and update itself.. there's something wrong..

Perfect, now I checked and I have some downloads? How is it possible? I uninstalled everything & I try to delete it and it never deletes.

Hello,
Did you keep the electronic arts folder in your documents when you uninstalled? If you did, that could explain the downloads.
You don't have to mount our Generations file, just extract with winRAR.

I did, and when I go to manually update it.. it never opens up. UGH! I can't take it no more, I've done everything possible and nothing works

Okay, it finally worked. Everything's up to date, now i'm just finishing off the Sims 3 Generations in the uTorrent.. only 1.15 hours left. After it downloads I just double click it, extract it with WinRaR & then just start the set up, etc.. when it finishes downloading I just paste the crack into the Sims 3 Bin.. and it'll start up fine?

What do I have to apply with The Sims 3 Pets? I'm always having problems with it? & it doesn't have a patch or anything in the Sims 3 Fix..

Hello,
If your base game is version 1.36, you won't need a patch, and the crack from the fix is copied to the exact same location you copied it to after installing Generations.
