Black Screen, Not Responding. Help Please?!

I am at a loss with this game. I've tried everything to get it to work the way that I want it to, yet it's never enough and there's always another problem.
This time, it's with my custom content (I think.) After installing a large ammount of custom content and attempting to play the game (It has all of the games, except Diesel Stuff. Not all downloads are from games4theworld), I only saw a black screen. When I exited with task manager, it said the program was not responding. This happens every time that I start it up.
