Help please! (Sims 3 download)

I have downloaded the sims 3 game with expansions. But when i try to start the game it just blacks out, and i get the message "The sims 3 have stopped working". I have tried to fix it for several hours now, but is still not working 
And the launcher does not work either
What to do?

Yes, I used the ultimate fix.
And I have tried to uninstall the game, and istalling it again.
Nothing works for me :/
Its my first time downloading a game this big, so I suspect that I have misplaced some files. I just dont know what I have done wrong :/

Hello,
It's almost impossible to misplace game files. You could've misplaced fix files but that would result in a different type of error.
Do you have all of the expansions?
