My worlds are missing. [SOLVED]

I have everything from The Sims 3 base game to Diesel instelled on my computer and today I load my game to find only Sunset Valley is on my meau list.. How do I fix this without saying to restell everything... I have tried everything please help me

Did you try removing any mods/cc that you use?
Did you try moving the Sims 3 folder (the one with the saves and everything) out of your documents folder, and onto the desktop?

Yep that was the first thing I tried when I notice Bridgeport and the other worlds were gone

Wait, Bridgeport is gone? And all the other worlds that came with expansionpacks? Please open your launcher and look at the icons at the bottom, are they lit up?

I just noticed something. Shouldnt there be a folder in the Sims 3 called world cache or something like that?

Hello,
There should be a folder called Installedworlds, but it only holds caches for worlds you install separately, not the ones like Bridgeport that came with an expansionpack.
If you hover over, for example, the Late Night icon in the launcher, does it show you it's game version or 0.xx?

Sorry it took me to so long to reaply but I was out of town but it looks like the missing worlds have returned and now are working but now there's a new problem

half of the stuff i downloaded from the mediafire site inst letting me install it into my game. it keeps saying check your software and try again. my game is update

Did that happen just like that? Because it's usually an indicator of encrypted sims3packs that need to be decrapified. And all our files have been decrapified. But it doesn't hurt to try.

I only download and before my worlds went missing these items installed perfactly but I am going to try and see if it works

What isn't letting you open it? you don't have to actually open anything after unpacking the rar.
