I can't find expansion pack folder?

I'm a total noob at this and I apologize! So I downloaded sims 3 from origin and I wanted to get the Latenight expansion. When I download the crack I copy it and I go to program files to the sims 3/game/bin and all that but I don't see a folder to put the crack copy? Am I doing something wrong? Do I just place it in the bin with sims 3? Every instruction I read says to find the expansion folder. I'm just really confused.

Right. I know that. What I'm saying is it's not there. Do I make that folder myself? Or should it already be there?

Yeah. It's suppose to be in program files x86 and my sims 3 is in the origin folder.

its supposed to be in programfiles x86/electronic arts/the sims 3
and in same place "electronic arts" be the expansion at least thats where mine are....did u choose the typical install or something else....cause thats where the typical install installs the files...u might have changed it or somethin...also check in program files without the x86 it might be there lol..

How would I be able to install it if I can't put it in the right folder? Like if I just click on it when it's in the crack folder it tells me "unable to start game"

If you downloaded late night, you have to run the install from whatever folder you downloaded it to.

Hello,

Assuming you're using the fix to crack your game, note that it also requires at least one of the following expansions: Diesel Stuff, Katy Perry Sweet treats, Showtime, Master Suite Stuff, Pets, Town Life Stuff or Generations to work.
You can use just Late Night with the crack that came with it, but I assume your base game is way past late Night's patch level, so the Late Night crack isn't going to work.
Getting one of those stuffpacks, in combination with the fix, solves your problem. And since you downloaded your base game from Origin, the crack goes to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\The Sims 3\Game\Bin.

Though the error code from your picture also suggests a registry error. Did you uninstall and reinstall? If you did, you probably forgot to restart the pc. You'll have to uninstall Late Night, restart the pc, and reinstall it before it's going to work at all.
