Sims 3 glitch

So I downloaded Ultimate Fix along with Generations and Showtime Eps, everything works fine(so far) but when
I play the game I see how everything seems to be spelled out from the folders they're in, or something like that. I took a couple pictures to help describe the problem better

How can I get rid of the DOT05_World top part if I can.

Yes I have testing cheats enabled. But no CC. I also noticed after I kept playing that I toilets were being shown in random places such as the gym would have about 5 toilets lines up in a row outside.

I also noticed there were a bunch of trees randomly placed throughout the town. In the middle of the road and in places they don't belong. They can't be moved or deleted. I'm playing the Lucky Palms world.

Well that deleted the trees that were in random places and it fixed the name problem. The toilets are still in the back of random big house lots and there are 5 lined up in a row at the gym. But it's no big deal.

There is one other thing the names and lot icons of almost all the lots have been changed. The icons are showing benches and when I highlight over them it'll say something like "community lot 34". And I can't tell what it is until I zoom in. It's not like that for every lot such as the hospital, police department, book store. But for lots like the gym, library, fishing spot all say community lot and don't have an icon. Just wondering if there's a fix for this?
