Where to put custom content? Empty Where to put custom content?

Ha ha, I'm back again. I noticed that some of my mods weren't working so I tried to go and see if the files were there, but now I can't find them?
Last time I installed the mods I had the game installed via disc, but this time I installed the base game with Origin.

I have some copies of some of my mods, but I can't seem to find the folder they were all in last time and I can't find the new folder to put them in. Help?
