Problem with Store Items.[SOLVED]

Hello Games4TheWorld!
First of, let me say you're AWESOME! I am playing and enjoying the Sims 3 and all the EPs and SPs thanks to you for free!!

I have a small problem. My game works fine, it's patched to the latest version and all.
Just when I try to download the Katy Perry Mystery Bag from your mediafire account, the rug, the mirror floor ice cream and the dining table, it says that instalation has failed and that I need to make sure my game has the latest Software Updates and then try again.

I read an article about this problem, but it says to apply the Ultimate Fix. In another article though, the one named how to install the Sims 3 correctly, you state that we only need the crack folder from the Fix. So I am afraid to apply the other folder thinking that they may mess up my game.

And I wanna ask. What should I do to install these? I really want them cause I am making a Candy House Please describe in detail cause I am not PC expert... like really.
