The Sims 3 install issue Empty The Sims 3 install issue

I have downloaded the Sims 3 and all expansion packs up to Fast Lane. Game worked for a while then stopped loading. I reinstalled the Sims 3 after deleting all files related to Sims. It now tells me I am using an unauthorized and unfinalized copy of the game. If I attempt to load I get a screen that asks for the reg key and tells me it is invalid and will not load game. I have used same and different reg keys each reinstall. I have tried mounting the game files. Nothing works. Can anyone help. Crying or Very sad
