Sims 3 service authentication Failed (insert numbers here)

I dowloand a crack every time I open TS3 it loads then it shows black screen as if it will open and then the loading bar appears then goes back to desktop.
Please help me! Again.

not getting it. by the way i only show thrice. every time i open ts3 it loads the go back to desktop

If you don't know, you probably don't have any. Mods are user created changes to the way the game works. CC's are user created objects, hairstyles, clothing etc.
I'm asking about the error code because of your topic title where you write Sims 3 service authentication Failed (insert numbers here), I'd like to know which numbers to insert
. That'll tell us a lot about the problem you're having.

the service authentication failed box doesnt appear anymore. when i click the ts3, the screen goes black and the cursor is loading as if it will open but after a minute it goes back to desktop again

Oh I see. What was it before? Are you sure that the crack you downloaded was compatible with the patch you used?
You may want to consider getting one of the following expansions: Diesel Stuff, Katy Perry Sweet treats, Showtime, Master Suite Stuff, Pets, Town Life Stuff or Generations so you can use the latest patch and the fix. That will definitely fix your game. I'd recommend a stuff pack though, since the computer you're using it on really isn't for games at all and you don't wan't to ask too much of it.
