Can't find the MODS folder (SIMS 3) Empty Can't find the MODS folder (SIMS 3)

I want to install the ''Paris'' world to Sims 3, but there is so much crap to deal with. Like with all these packages and stuff and I need to drag&drop the ''Mods'' folder into the (My) Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages one, but I don't see the MODS folder. Why is this so complicated though... Crying or Very sad

Hello,

The mods folder isn't default, it's only there if you put the framework there yourself.
The Paris world doesn't go in the mods folder though.
