Can't find Game/Bin folder for the sims 3!! [CLOSED]

Someone please help me. I can't seem to locate the sims 3/game/bin folder. I've already checked in C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin but I dont have a Game folder in my base game. what can I do? by the way the reason I'm trying to locate this folder is because I am trying to download the sims 3 supernatural.
