more problems.... lol

hey guys, i finally got all the expansions and the base game installed for the sims 3 (excluding late night), and im having one problem. at first it didnt occur, i played for about 30 minutes without any errors at all. but last night my girlfriend was playing and i was just spectating. after a little bit the screen went black, and kind of blinked and after about 15 seconds of that... my computer would freeze. it happened 3 times. i was wondering if this was because of something to do with the cracked versions of the game. or could it have been an issue with my video settings?? help please. :]

There are several things that could be causing the problem;

Of course you could first try to run the Game on lowest settings, see if it makes any difference.
This could also be the "Blue screen of death", which EA talks about. (They don't have a fix for it though, even know it's a known problem)

The last thing I can recommend is that you wait for our Late Night release, which will come out within 2 weeks, I think, and see if it fixes the problem.

alright admin, thanks. as a wow player, im very familiar with the blue screen of death and this is nothing like it. i highly doubt it is along those lines as this computer is less than a month old. ill try running low video settings and will wait for late night, hopefully the problem goes away because my girlfriend is pushing more and more to just buy retail to avoid any problems whatsoever. haha, thanks again admin.
