JUST KEEPS CRASHING MID GAME

so I play for an hour or so and then it just crashed and says sims 3 has stopped working, i've done all the fix and everything... but just need to resolve this crashing situation...HELP PLEASE?

Try turning down the graphics settings to their minimum settings.

Also, if you buy/build alot then you need to save every 15 minutes or so, it heklps the game keep the memory buffer clear.

Try disabled the in-game store (found in the settings) Lady elDi said it to me when i have same problem. It works for me and it never crash..

Hi Idepass,

Go into the settings -> options and uncheck "enable shop mode"

Also consider checking if your computer can run the Sims 3 -> http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/intro.aspx
Make sure your graphic drivers are updated, which you can use this handy software to check and update: http://www.innovative-sol.com/drivermax/index.htm

Finally, as suggested you can just lower your graphic settings, and if your still having problems try removing some mods if you have any.

Its under Game Play options
