Sims 3 Crash to Bluescreen. [SOLVED]

Hi

I downloaded sims 3 and some expansions the past week and it crashed to bluescreen 2 times already.
First i had all expansions installed and it worked fine. After one day it crashed on desktop randomly and a few hours later it crashed to bluescreen when i was in buy mode. I deinstalled everything and reinstalled sims and some expansions yesterday. Always using the latest crack and update.Everything worked well till this morning. Went into buy mode and it crashed me to bluescreen again. Is there anything i can do to stop it?

its either down your hard drive, memory or graphics.
Does it say it's doing a memory dump? when on blue screen?

Yes it does

then its down to your memory it cant read a certain part so it crashes

what can i do about that?

you can download a program called memtest you have to burn it as an ISO file and that should find errors on your memory, if it dont find any then it the built in memory on your computer

them if the memtest is not finding anything then its the memory on the hardrive, nothing you can do about that unless you get a new hardrive. It will work but only get worse so best bet is new hard drive.

Have you downloaded any corrupted data and do a check disk and defrag your comp

well that hard drive is kinda new. my old one broke in february and since then i got a new one. would kinda suck if its broken again -.- i will run the memtest later at night,do check disk and defrag my laptop. its weird that i only got problems withs sims 3 since i got some other games like COD or Fifa and they all run without any problems
