Problem with Installation Supernatural. [SOLVED]

Hello Evreyone, new here but i been around for a while and never had a problem, this time unfortunaly i do. So i downloaded Supernatural from you guys updated, then installed the EP, evreything went well so then i put the fix and i Open up my launcher, the problem is that on the Launcher the Supernatural icon it's not higlited like when you have that EP installed....i unistalled and reinstalled....same problem....how can i fix this? I never had this problem happen with any of the downloads wich i got all here! What am i doing wrong?

You may have to update Origin for the icon to light up. Updating Origin has helped users who purchased Supernatural.

Another option is to re-apply the manual update and our Ultimate Fix

I updated Origin too, my gaem says it's updated ....but i will try again to update after i reinstall, and the Fix i keep on put it evreytime, but evreytime it just says Supernatural is not there, and the gaem wont load couse itìs say NO showtime CD and bla bla, ill try again and she what happens, thank you for the fast reply.

Be sure to follow the steps in the link above exactly to avoid the No-CD error.

Ok so i found out that if i reinstall the update the game shows the icon, but when i put the ultimate fix and i re-open the luncher is not there anymore. So then i re-updated and insted just put up the crack and worked! Thanks for the help!
