Can't play the game need help!

Hello i have a really big problem
i cant pla the game at all , it allows me to get to the home page and let me chose a town but when im clicking play i cant do anything and it just ''freezes'' i gess but the weird thing is that i can still move my mouse and the music still playes
i have all the games up to supernatural and have the latest update.

Do you have any mods or custom content?

I have the same problem, payed for the base game, but downloaded these expansions from you guys; ambitions, fast lane, high end loft, late night, master suite, outdoor living, and town life. Those are the only expansions i have. I have downloaded and followed all the steps from the ultimate game fix, i have done the steps correctly. I do not have any mods or CC installed. Not even any saved games.

Please do not link me to that lag issue thread because it is completely useless for something like this that does not even come close to dealing with lag. What are other solutions?

Please create your own thread. It's a lot easier for everybody to keep track of what's going on if you do.
