Error (0x02957b48) [SOLVED]

I have a problem and it is very confusing.

I have read how to install The Sims 3 carefully and not to follow the crack folders in each expansion. Here is what I have:

The Sims 3 Base
The Sims 3 Ambitions
The Sims 3 Generations
The Sims 3 Pets

Now, at one point, i kept the getting the error that says my base game was not updated with my expansions. The Sims 3 Launcher would NOT let me update at all, so I had to get the 1.36 manual patch. I installed it and now my version is 1.36.45.XXXXX then I followed the instructions step by step for the Ultimate Fix. I downloaded the mirror download like 3 times since the temporary fix is only for Medieval and I don't have Medieval. I followed the steps carefully and I try to start the game, but I keep getting this "Unable To Start Game" Service initiation falled (0x02957b48) I've uninstalled the games 4 times and reinstalled doing the exact same steps but I keep getting this error. I'm at a complete loss right now....HELP!!!!!!!

Tried that, still getting that error. I don't want to sound mean, but are you sure the patch works? I mean it says *NOT WORKING* and I got the mirror version yet I'm the only one with this specific error. The last one I've seen with this error is months old.

The latest patch from here most def works hands down. Stupid question but are you following the steps? Always remember to install Sims3 base first THAN run the update to 1.36 or the soon 1.38 which is about a Gig Large (when released for 1.38) and than install your addon packs starting with the latest or shall I say your DL's being EA's The Sims 3 Pets followed by generations than Ambitions release once done use the patch for 1.36 or the soon to be released 1.38 inside the BASE game. This install procedure works perfectly all the time as it is the way I install my Sims but always start with the latest release of the Sims wether it be The Sims 3 Diesel Stuff or in your position it would be Pets. It is important to follow this way of installing as it will present no issues to be spoken of. Enjoy your gaming.

Just for a recap. Here's how I'm gonna do it.

Install The Sims 3 Base
Apply the 1.36 Manual Patch
Install Pets
Install Generations
Install Ambitions
THEN
Do the Ultimate Fix.

Is that right?

Yes, that looks great!
Just be sure to only use the "# Crack" of the Ultimate Fix, at the last step, after you've installed everything you want.

Update. I did everything....and....IT STILL DIDN'T WORK! ;_; I got the same error again! I followed everything step by step...and it's not working. I think it's Pets cause when I had Generations, I didn't have ANY problems.

What video card are you using and have you updated the video drivers recently? This particular error is very common to unsupported video cards, especially on-board/integrated video cards.

No, My video card and drivers are the same. My video card is AMD Radeon HD 6250 Graphics

Update: AFTER DAYS OF ACHING, I FINALLY GOT IT TO WORK! Here's what I did.

Uninstalled EVERYTHING
Installed Sims 3 Base Game
Installed Sims 3 Pets
Installed Sims 3 Generations
Installed Sims 3 Ambitions
Did the Ultimate Fix with the #Crack Folder
Then I did the manual patch v1.29 (yeah, I was afraid to do v1.36)
Re-Added my Saved Sims and Saved Game folders then Bam!
It worked just like before and I have no more issues.
