Trying to download ultimate fix but it takes me to a weird download site

Hi,

I keep trying to download the ultimate fix but it keeps taking me to a website called 4sync and telling me I need to sign up with them to download it, so I did, but when I go to login to download it, it tells me that I have an invalid password or username when what I typed in was correct. I've downloaded the Supernatural Expansion recently and it installed just fine without me needing to install the manual patch or the ultimate fix, so do I even need the ultimate fix if it's running just fine? Thanks

I did sign up for it but every time I login to do the download it won't let me and says I have an incorrect username or password, when I entered them both correctly. And the mirror link doesn't load the page for me for some reason either :/
