I wanna know if I download Supernatural, will I get an option to update my sims game from 1.36 to 1.38? It must be since it happened to me before

No, you must update your game before install. Setup not includes update The Sims 3 plumbob

Hello,

Actually, when you install Supernatural, it'll automatically patch your game to the (currently) latest version of the game: 1.38 !
