**SIMS 3: WA**

Ok well now I am very confused. I have been following some of the other posts on this and the instructions seem a bit controversial. "DO NOT APPLY THE CRACKS" but yet crack folder 1 and 3 in WA is required..maybe I am making this a bigger issue then I should but hey I'm only one individual and I'll probably laugh at myself later for not seeing the big picture. So what is being said is that I have an option to install the cracks or not too, but what exactly am I supposed to install for this to work correctly? the updates in crack folder 3 will not function without the first two crack folders. I know because I tried to install everything earlier an play while the other expansions were downloading and everything worked fine until I added the old cracks, problem solved there I need the new ones. So please, I apologize for any frustration but I am in need of a vivid painted picture on this.

Well, you're not the only one that is confused. We're still experimenting with the WA cracks, but as it is now, it looks like you only do need to apply Crack 3 and skip 1, 2 and 4. try that and see if it works.

You shouldn't apply any Cracks until you're done with Installing everything as following:

A wise man once wrote:

1. Completely uninstall The Sims 3 + All expansions.
2. Restart your PC.
3. Reinstall The Sims 3. DO NOT APPLY THE CRACKS!
4. Install WA.* DO NOT APPLY THE CRACKS!
5. Install HELS.* DO NOT APPLY THE CRACKS!
6. Install Ambitions.* DO NOT APPLY THE CRACKS!
7. Install Fast Lane Stuff.* DO NOT APPLY THE CRACKS!
8. Install Late Night.* DO NOT APPLY THE CRACKS!
9. Update the launcher to the latest version.
10. Apply these updated Cracks: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/fixes-f18/the-sims-3-latest-cracks-download-t656.htm
11. The Game should work fine now.

Well I had tried installing the crack 3 but I would get an error while it was stuck at 21% Id try it again and id just get the error

And am I still to edit the SKU ?

Ok i did as you tried installing only crack 3 and I recieve some kind ofan error called 'dflc gorilla error- file not found'

Ok, and what if you apply Crack 1 and Crack 2 and thén Crack 3?

I'm also having a problem with the WA expansion pack.
I can't find the sims 3 file in the regedit.exe so i can't change the sku. Is there perhaps anhow to install WA correctly?

Hello,

Yes it does, but EA keeps patching the Game, so we need to come with new fixes everytime. Just be patient.

Please try to look in exactly: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Wow6432Node > Sims > The Sims 3 .
