Store Fixes.rar file problem

Hello, I'm new here and I have a problem with the Store Fixes.rar on MediaFire. Everytime I download then go to extract the files it can't as winrar just keeps telling me that the 'archive is either in unknown format or damaged'. Also in size it's 0kb so it's as if the .rar file is empty? Which I don't understand because on the Mediafire site it states its 305kb
Is anyone else getting the same problem?

I have tried downloading the file in a different browser and I am not using any download manager to download the file.

Yes, I tried internet explorer aswell, same thing happened :/

Maybe click save-as and name it something else? See what that does.

Also is it only trying to download .rar files that is giving you a problem?

And is WinRar attached to .rar files?

Sorry for the late replies, tries 'save as' and saving under a different name no difference.

And I've managed to download all the store updates using winrar all the other .rar files worked fine.

Sorry, I think I left it to long to use that link as I can't access the page anymore.
