Invisable sims getting stuck in my garden

First of all I am sorry if this has ever been sorted before, but I am not sure as :newfag: My problem is that I am having trouble with my sims game since I installed Supernatural, what happens is invisible sims will come and ring my door bell then go in my garden, get stuck and complain constantly, its really annoying! Lol! I don't have any custom content or mods. Please help me. Thank you.

Not sure why sims would be invisible, if you have no custom content or mods. But if the garden is causing a problem, it might help to fence it with a gate that's locked.
