How do i turn humans into fairies?

which elixer turns a human into a fairy?? i have no idea and im at level 10 alchemist

IF you are in to mods, I can recomment NRAAS's Mastercontroller.
It's possible to change their occult status to anything.

But I haven't got the sligthest idea who in the game without cheats to change a human (sounds like a ferengi in my head, when i read/write it)-sim to a Fairy.

There's an alchemy potion you can either make or buy at the elixir shop, if you want to do it the normal way.

It's called umm.. "Elixir of the Fae" Or something like that.

Close! Bottled Blessing of the Fae. You don't need a skillbook to learn it, so if OP's alchemy was at 10, you should know the skill.

The ingredients are red toadstools, sunstone, and fairy damsel fish.
