Not Loading at All

Alright here's the problem. After downloading and installing Supernatural the game is refusing to load. After opening the launcher and launching said program the screen goes black and the only thing on there is my loading cursor.
Now I have Sims 3 and Pets which I got from here and they work perfectly so the problem revolves around Supernatural. I have gone through the forums and tried everything trick stated within and nothing has worked. Same result. My only question is this "Is there another trick I should try or should I unistall everything and re-install it.

Do you have any mods/cc?
Did you try redoing the manual patch, then the ultimate fix? That can take care of a lot of problems.

I have No Mods currently. I have redone the manual about 2 times along with the Ultimate fix.

And I have just unistalled and Re-Installed everything and its still refusing to work. Never had this problem before

Try backing up and then removing this folder completely: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3
